Reverend Dorothy A. White is the President of the West Africa School of Missions and Theology (WASMAT) in Monrovia, Liberia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Arts in Theology from Oral Roberts University. Dorothy teaches at Women’s Retreats and preaches at churches throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.
